Diary of a Somebody

We were absolutely thrilled when Making Productions approached us to create artwork for the opening schedule of Seven Dials Playhouse. Collaborating closely with the team, we embarked on a creative journey to develop a poster design inspired by the iconic collage work of Joe Orton and Kenneth Halliwell.

Drawing inspiration from their unique style, we meticulously crafted a poster that captured the essence of their artistic vision. The design was bold, vibrant, and visually striking, perfectly reflecting the spirit of the play and the atmosphere of the Seven Dials Playhouse.

But our work didn’t stop there. We took the poster design and brought it to life through animation, creating captivating visuals that would grab the attention of potential viewers. Additionally, we created various supporting assets for advertising and video, ensuring a consistent and cohesive look across all platforms.

In addition to the digital assets, we also had the opportunity to create the programme for the production. We introduced collage and craft elements into the printed deliverables, adding a tactile and artistic touch to the overall design. This attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables helped to create a truly immersive and engaging experience for the audience.

It was an incredible opportunity to contribute to the opening schedule of Seven Dials Playhouse, and we are proud to have played a part in bringing the artistic vision of Joe Orton and Kenneth Halliwell to life through our creative artwork.
