A Billion Chinese Dreams
We were approached by Vincent Du to create a series of graphics and title sequences for A Billion Chinese Dreams. A documentary series for Channel New Asia [CNA]. Following International reporter Zhou Yi Jun across China to investigate what the ‘Chinese Dream’ means to ordinary people today. Ten years on from New Yorker writer Peter Hessler’s modern classic ‘Country Driving’, Yi Jun follows in his footsteps to probe the meaning of home and happiness; the result of economic growth; the rich-poor divide; and the issue of sustainable development as the people seek to define their Chinese dream.
We worked closely with the client to develop the look and feel. We then created several other in program assets, bumpers and TVC/trailer slates.
